Eve’s Sisters
One day it hit me that we talk so often about Abraham, Jacob, Paul, and Nephi but rarely ever do we talk about the women of the scriptures, all of whom I see as Eve’s sisters. Consequently, I decided to create a blog that focused on some comparisons and parallels between their lives and ours. It’s amazing what Eve, Bathsheba, Esther, Hannah, and Elisabeth can teach us if we’ll only slow down and take heed.

Modern Molly Mormon
Modern Molly Mormon is a place where Modern day LDS women can gather, talk about anything from the spiritual highs to the lows, share jello recipes, and admitt their faults when it comes to being a less than perfect LDS woman.

Books. Shoes. Music. The Web. What else is there? I am a middle-aged, middle-class writer, reader, wife and mother languishing in the Great American West. I have spent several years lurking online, but I’m ready to join the conversation. I just hope I have something to say. Look for posts on books, American culture, thrift shops, shoes, family, politics, religion and maybe even the occasional rant.
